photograph any property listed by a licensed real estate professional.

Standard Tour includes:
Unlimited photographs available to the agent upon completion resized for
MLS specifications, branded and non-branded links, available for viewing on
www.thevirtualview.net within 24-hours. All tours include a
"hit counter".

Virtual Tour links will be
made available to the ordering agent, managing broker or authorized
representative within 24-hours.

Standard Tour/Agent Pricing:
$50. Prices are subject to change without notice.

REALTOR.COM® upload is
available free of charge to all REALTOR.COM® Enchanced Listing
Subscribers. Non-subscriber fee is $20 and payable at time of
service.

DEFERRED BILLING:
Available for $25 and payable at time of service. Remaining balance
is deferred until closing, expiration, withdrawal or termination of
listing. A late fee will be added every 30 days to all unpaid
balances not paid at the time of closing, expiration, withdrawal or
termination of listing..

LATE FEES: All unpaid balances will
incur a 10% late fee after 30 days of nonpayment. After 90 days of
nonpayment, The Virtual View reserves the right to take legal action.
All legal fees, late fees and related charges will be added to the final
invoice and will be paid by the responsible listing agent or managing
broker.

The Virtual View reserves the
right to refuse service to agents with an outstanding balance greater
than 60 days.

2008 PROMOTION: Effective
07/15/08, all standard tour purchase includes REALTOR.com®
free of charge regardless of REALTOR.com®
subscriber status. This option is available only to members of GGAR
and SIR/MLS. Expires 08/31/08.

The owner of the property or
an authorized representative and/or the agent must be present at the time
of photograph appointment. The Virtual View does not have lockbox
access.

A LA Carte: Exterior,
Interior Photographs: $25 each.

The Virtual View will offer
promotional discounts and/or offers periodically. Advertised
promotions valid only during the allotted time and are subject to change
without notice.

agent ordering multiple items for the same property (example: tour,
brochures, flyers, CD, etc.).
